  • Review CDA & make any necessary changes.
  • Watch for deadline dates for option period, HOA's, financing approval.
  • Send out any necessary amendments for signatures & facilitate their return.
  • Verify with lender that Closing Disclosure has been sent to Buyer, and acknowledged, in time for closing.
  • Schedule & confirm their closing time & location.
  • Provide the approved Closing Disclosure to Client-unless agent wants to.
  • Change the property to Option, Pending & Sold in MLS, on selling side.
