Chad Stephens has been involved in the Real Estate Business for over 33 years and began his real estate career with offices in Paris and Mount Vernon near Lake Cypress Springs in 1992 as a real estate appraiser and consultant serving all of Northeast Texas. Soon after in 1994, Chad obtained his real estate license and later on, after achieving his broker license, he owned and operated his own real estate companies which allowed him the opportunities and resources to experience and succeed in residential, commercial, and farm and ranch sales in Texas and Oklahoma.
Chad has a vast amount of experience selling and appraising residential, commercial, farm and ranch properties and brings a wealth of knowledge and great customer service to his clients with enthusiasm, honesty, and integrity. Chad graduated from SFA with a BBA (Bachelor Business Administration) in marketing and grew up in the family construction business. Chad has also designed and built custom and speculative homes as well as purchasing and improving land for resale. Besides his brokerage license and appraiser certification, Chad has held numerous other license and certifications in related professions in the industry. As a broker/appraiser, he has provided expert witness testimony in several dozen cases before District and State Courts of law. With Chad’s real estate and construction background, contacts, and his commitment to continuing education, he is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful when it comes to assisting his clients in making informed decisions.
Chad is a native of Paris, Texas and is very familiar with most of NE Texas and SE Oklahoma. Chad strives for complete customer satisfaction and trust. He loves to assist his clients by going the extra mile to help them negotiate the purchase or sell of real estate and, continues to be there even after the sale has closed.
