Carol Thompson is a luxury real estate specialist serving North Dallas and the surrounding communities, with particular expertise in Plano, Frisco, Far North Dallas, Carrollton and Prosper.

Since beginning her real estate career in 2015, Carol has closed more than $200 million in sales and built her business by providing experienced guidance, exceptional communication and highly personalized service.

Carol ranks among the top 1% of real estate agents nationwide by sales volume and was recognized as a Top 5 Keller Williams agent from 2019 through 2026. Her professional honors include D Magazine Top Producer from 2018 through 2026 and North Dallas Real Producers Top Agent from 2018 through 2026.

Before entering real estate, Carol earned an MBA from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business. Her business and financial background, combined with her Certified Negotiation Expert designation, allows her to advise clients thoughtfully and negotiate from a position of preparation and strength.

She also holds the Accredited Luxury Home Specialist designation and has extensive experience representing executives, physicians, attorneys, investors and relocating families. Carol intentionally works with a limited number of clients so she can remain personally involved throughout every transaction. Clients referred to her are never handed off to a junior agent. She understands that a referral reflects directly on the referring agent and treats that trust accordingly, providing responsive communication to both the client and referral partner from the initial introduction through closing.
